Module 1: Get to Know Your Sewing Machine Class

This 2 hour session will assure that a new sewing machine operator gets to know their sewing machine.  Students will learn how to thread and unthread the sewing machine, become familiar with sewing machine anatomy, learn how to change needles, foot identification and how to properly care for a sewing machine.  

Only requirement is to come to class with a sewing machine, all accessories and the owners manual.

**IF you do not own a sewing machine, don't fret! I have machines available for student use.  It is always a plus for students to learn on their own machine, but really the parts are very similar and most of the utility stitches on any brand of machine are very similar if not identical.
